Conditions After the rental period has been agreed in consultation by telephone, the contact will receive a rental contract and an invoice. The rental contract must be signed and returned together with the deposit (30% of the invoice). From that moment the booking will be final. The remainder of the invoice amount should be paid at least six weeks before commencement of the rental period.

Cancellations   Cancellations are subject to a charge which will amount to a certain percentage of the full rent, namely: up to 42 days before commencement of the rental period 30%, from 42 to 28 days before commencement 60%, from 28 days to the day of arrival 90% and on the day of arrival or later 100%. You are advised to take out a cancellation insurance and a good travel insurance.
